Be a Viking for a day, walk the Gourmet Seafood Trail, visit an art museum – there is something for everyone in the West Fjords! There will also be stops on the road to and from the area which highlight the scenery and educate you on the early settlement of the land. Detailed Itinerary

June 28 – July 7, 2020 North Iceland Adventure

Spend 9 days touring the north of Iceland, including 3 nights in Akureyi, the capital of North Iceland. Start the trip with breakfast under a Viking ship! See the sights as you go north – waterfalls, hot springs, fjords, even climb a volcano if you wish! Visit the home of Snorri Sturluson and the towns of Hofsós and Siglufjörður as you explore Skagafjörður on your way to Akureyri. Soak in the hot springs at Lake Mývatn and explore the surrounding landscape. Walkthrough the lovely whaling village of Husavik. Return to Reykjavik via the highlands on the great adventure.
